Return & Exchange Policy

At HBK, we want every customer to shop with confidence. However, due to the nature of our products and promotional offers, all returns and exchanges must follow the conditions below.

Eligibility

Items may only be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • In perfect resellable condition
  • Free from scratches, marks, damage, or signs of use
  • Returned with all accessories, cases, cloths, tags, and original materials included

HBK reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Promotional Periods / 2x1 Offers

During 2x1 promotional weeks, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

For orders placed during a 2x1 promotion, customers may only request an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges during promotional periods are only accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

Exchanges or Returns

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs related to sending the new item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

HBK reserves the right to reject refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
